Our medical team offers you the full spectrum of general medical care in the areas of general medicine, prevention, diagnostics, and therapy. As your general practitioners, we are your first point of contact for medical concerns. With our expertise in general and internal medicine – and our many years of experience – we are committed to caring for your health. In April 2017, our team was expanded with the opening of our practice location in Schönaich. You will find our medical team in new and larger premises at Dammweg 12. Together, all team members are wholeheartedly part of Ärzteteam42.
Team
The core of our medical team includes Dr. York Glienke, specialist in general medicine; Dr. Friedrich Bäuerle and Dr. Klaus Fritzsche, both specialists in internal medicine; and Dr. Marc Rösler, specialist in general medicine as well as in plastic and aesthetic surgery and hand surgery. At our locations in Böblingen and Schönaich, they combine expertise, experience, and personal commitment to care for your health.

Dr. York Glienke is the founder of Ärzteteam 42 and a dedicated family doctor in Böblingen, continuing his family’s tradition of local healthcare. With extensive training in Germany, Africa, and Australia, he specializes in general practice, emergency care, and autoimmune disease management. Committed to modern, high-quality care, he works closely with his team to provide comprehensive services for the community. Dr. Glienke is married with two children, Anna and Gerrit.
CloseFamily Doctor
Dr. med. Friedrich Bauerle studied human medicine in Mainz, Tübingen, and Heidelberg. Completed specialist training as an internist at Klinikum Pforzheim, with focuses on gastroenterology, nephrology, diabetology, intensive care, and emergency medicine. Since January 2007, practicing as a primary care internist in his own practice.

Dr. Klaus Fritzsche completed his studies and then trained as an internist at clinics in Bad Neuenahr and Düsseldorf. He also specialized in gastroenterology (diseases of the digestive tract) during this time. He complemented his clinical work with experience in clinical research at a renowned pharmaceutical company, focusing on infectious diseases, respiratory diseases, neurological disorders, and oncology. A father of two, Klaus Fritzsche has been a partner in the family medicine practice since 2008.

Dr. Marc-Christian Rösler has been working as a specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery as well as hand surgery in his own practice in Böblingen since 2013. He completed his medical training in Munich and Tübingen, followed by comprehensive surgical training at renowned clinics in Stuttgart, Tübingen, Cologne, and Nürtingen. His areas of specialization include facial and hand surgery as well as aesthetic medicine. Dr. Rösler is a member of the German Society for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
CloseGeneral Medicine
Dr. med. Ingrid Krone studied human medicine in Tübingen and Wuhan, P.R. China. She completed her further training in the fields of gynecology, general surgery, and internal medicine, obtaining the specialist title in general medicine with an additional qualification in phlebology. With her many years of experience in a phlebology-focused practice and as a family doctor, Dr. Krone has been strengthening the Team42 medical staff since 2021.
